HALICI ÖMER  has been established in 1935, by Ömer ÖZKAN. Our organizer Ömer ÖZKAN started this business at Ulus, firstly. We moved to Kızılay at 1957 and worked there until 1969. We are serving at Esad Çankaya since 1969.
